Getting your project started is simple and transparent. When you call or email, you’ll be greeted by Lisa or Jade, who will guide you through the initial steps. We can often provide a quote using just your photos and measurements, but if the job requires a closer look, we’ll get a site visit agreed. Once you receive your quote and are ready to proceed, we take a 25% deposit to secure your spot in our schedule. From there, either Mike’s or Steve’s team will arrive to carry out the work to our high standards. After the job is finished and you're satisfied, the remaining 75% balance is due.
